I don’t really like series where every book features a different couple - I find that I lose interest. Also enjoy mated pairs tropes and alpha heros but def not a requirement.
It doesn’t have to win any literature awards but I just can’t deal if the writing is atrocious. I’m looking for a series that is well written and has a good plot outside of the romance, but in which the romance is central to the story. I’ve recently gone on a months-long fantasy and paranormal romance binge but now I feel like I’ve found and read everything decent and am struggling to find something new! I think my brain just wants to be in a different reality at this point.
